This
Building Surveying Practice was formed in 1992 with the main office
based in South Street, Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Philip
Cooke - The Principal , a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Fellow
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over thirty
years experience in private practice. Initially in the City of
London then development work for five years in Brussels, for both
English and International clients.
For ten years Philip was Chief Building Surveyor for CB Hillier
Parker, a major international multi-disciplined firm of Chartered
Surveyors based in Mayfair. Experience includes organisation of
inspections and surveys of major property portfolios both for
acquisition and management purposes
Gary
Stanbridge joined the practice in April 2003. He has extensive
experience as a Client’s Representative for major development
schemes as well as all aspects of Survey work. He is developing
the Computer Draughting Service (CAD) producing designs for new
build as well as alterations schemes including Statutory Approvals,
and also drawings for legal purposes. Gary is also a Chartered
Surveyor with an Honours Degree in Building Surveying.
